二手機械「煥然一新」
易坤機械團隊成立已27年，專營開模螺絲打頭機、螺栓成型機、六角機、搓牙機、螺母機、滾牙機、滾筒機、抽線機、濾油機等相關二手機械設備買賣，銷售市場遍佈美洲、歐洲、非洲，尤其以東南亞台商為大宗客戶群，都是20年以上的長期客戶，其中又以打頭機及螺絲成型機為暢銷機種，同時，易坤也製造應用於汽機車零件、家具、建材與機械等用途的特殊多沖程螺絲，為台灣第一個開發出雙頭牙螺絲的廠商，早期更研發出專利機械產品。不同於一般的二手機械商，易坤總經理劉坤明自17歲就開始從事螺絲業相關工作，本身擁有機械整修及結構改造的堅強技術，他就曾經將六角機改造成二次加工機，試車完成後的效果讓印度客戶相當滿意，因易坤機械擁有厚實的技術撐腰與使命必達的服務精神，所以總是能一次次滿足不同客戶的不同需求。

二手機械市場競爭日趨白熱化，易坤強項就存在於能提供客戶特殊機械，只要是客戶想要的機械，易坤皆可立即為客戶「量身訂做」代為尋找或改造，並進行整機拆卸檢查及更換內部所有零件，對於損耗率高的零件則採用耐磨性高、具韌性的材質來替換，接著拍攝機械video讓客戶親眼見證機械的運轉效益，客戶都可隨時試車檢驗其品質。在售後服務方面，易坤則講求快速精準，客戶一有問題就pass上網，易坤會馬上提供技術及零件支援，劉坤明回憶起他還曾經親自飛到國外為客戶解決技術問題，讓客戶相當信賴。未來易坤將再投資於研發設備上，要賦予二手機械更全新的生命力，成為客戶「最前線、最專業的技術顧問」。易坤年輕的第二代，日前也學成歸國，開始陸續接手業務聯繫，並學習製圖，易坤團隊有了生力軍的加入後，提供的技術服務勢必將更完整精進。

Yee Kun Machine Industrial Co., Ltd. has been established for 27 years. It specializes in trading used machines such as open die headers, bolt formers, hex head trimming machines, thread rolling machines, nut formers, threading machines, vibration machines, drawing machines, oil filter machines. Its market ranges throughout America , Europe, Africa, and especially Southeastern Asia where there are many Taiwanese customers cooperating with it over 20 years. Among the products, heading machines and nut formers are the most popular. Meanwhile, Yee Kun also manufactures multi-strokes special screws used in various ways, such as auto/motor parts, furnitures, building materials, machines, etc. Yee Kun is the first Taiwanese company to develope double ended screws and it researched and developed patent machine products in early time.
Different from general used machinery manufacturers, General Manager Kun Ming Liu of Yee Kun has been working in the fastener industry when he was seventeen. With excellent skills in repairing machines and converting their structures, Liu can transform the used machines into brand new ones by his carefully performing operations. He once transformed a hex head trimming machine into a secondary processing machine, and the test run result was well received by the Indian customer. Also, Yee Kun’s transformed secondary processing machines have been exported to Latin American market through traders, and customers were usually satisfied with the products. It is because of Yee Kun’s rigid technique and assured service that different customers’ various requirements can always be fulfilled.
As the used machinery market grows increasingly competitive, Yee Kun’s advantage lies right in its customized special machines. As long as the customers order the kind of machines they want, Yee Kun can immediately search for or transform the machines in the process of disassembling and replacing all interior parts for machine inspection, using high wear resistant and durable materials to replace the parts with high wear ratio. Moreover, with shooting video of the machines, Yee Kun shows the machine functional efficiency to the customers and they can test run to check quality at any time.
